Assistant-
Full time- Days, Evenings, Weekends
Responsibilities
for this position include answering phone, helping customers, preparing invoices
for orders, processing payments, following up on orders and customer accounts
by phone, email and other web base applications, managing sales leads,
corresponding with vendors to obtain information about products or customer
orders, and organizing files.
Experience
an asset not a necessity.
Shipping
and Receiving Administrative Assistant- Full Time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
include placing purchase orders with vendors and ensuring confirmations are
received correctly, submitting Bills of Lading to shipping companies and
vendors, updating customer accounts with shipping details, filing and following
up on damage claims with vendors, shipping companies, and customers ensuring
the proper people are credited for successful claims, and answering phones etc
Experience
is an asset not a necessity.
